1/4 Avocado Sliced
1 Teaspoon Capers
1 Teaspoon Quick Pickled Onions (slice onions thin, place in jar and cover with white vinegar)
Your Choice of Hot Sauce
Handful of Cherry Tomatoes Sliced
Handful of Micro Greens and Edible Flowers
Get a plate and layer the chips on the bottom, top with the cheese and sprinkle capers and hot sauce. Garnish with pickled onions, tomato and micro greens/flowers. Enjoy! This serves one person.
